Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot framework
• Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in Microservice development is highly advantage
• Experience in Cloud Native development, AWS or OpenShift is a plus
• Exposure in DevOps toolchain and able to integrate with DevOps toolchain
• Strong experience in writing unit test cases and automated unit testing with Junit or relevant tools

• Maintain and refresh Development tool stacks related to development, so the team can maintain the development speed and application quality. Also, promote the use of these tools to other teams when required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• 5-8 years of working experience of solid, demonstrable experience as Backend
• 1+ years of experience on API development, microservice architecture and agile methodology
• Banking business knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of API development
• Knowledge of IT governance, IT Development and operations methods (e.g. SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
• Knowledge cloud platform AWS or OpenShift
• Strong experience in performing root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner & Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization ( fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement.
• Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.
• Participation in software product definition includes analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end processes.
• Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation or enhance efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties as Sa & Dev team, QA, Database and Infrastructure team include briefing related team for scope of work in project.
• Control requirements, Review Technical Requirement and Prepare Training & Materials (Lead)
• Preparation/Execution UAT Phase with Key User
• Preparation/Execution training phase to End User
• Provide support after Go-live to user when meet an incident or issue by analyst to find the root cause include of coordinate with Technical Team to solve the issue or incident.
• Supervise and coach subordinate.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience for Business Analysis & 5 years+ for Senior Business Analyst
• Background in its field is preferable such as C#, .Net, JAVA, NodeJS, React, etc.
• Strong understand in Business process of Organization especially work experience related to Oil & Gas business is a plus.
• Strong communication with team includes with have management skills in manage team and relate member on each project.
• Adaptive to learning with new technology and methodology and Problem-Solving issue both for technical and peoples.
• Having Data analytic skill is a plus
• Strong command of English both reading and speaking
• TOEIC required score 550 at least as the minimum specification (must have a score before sign contract with company)
